Position : Commercial Manager - Sales Finance

Location : Delhi

Experience : 3-5 years heading commercial for FMCG company

Reporting Manager: VP Sales & Logistics

Reportee : Yes

Responsibilities:

1. Creates policies and frameworks for commercial activities pertaining to sales - Claims, Damages, TA/DA, etc. that improve efficiencies whilst ensuring checks and balances are maintained.

2. Creates SOPs for timely execution of work and defines escalation channels to resolve issues.

3. Proactively communicates the policies and ensures adherence to the same across the organization.

4. Identifies possible risk and lapse areas proactively and works towards building safeguards to protect the company, whilst looking at ways to reduce unnecessary paper work.

5. Establishes time lines for resolution of issues/concerns and ensures adherence to the same

6. Actively tracks costs against budgets

7. Works towards increased automation and processes and systems reducing errors and people dependencies.

8. Understanding of Financial management, including accounting, reporting and monitoring, and the ability to identify risk areas

9. Manages all payment related communication with internal and external partners

Education Qualification : MCom/ ICWA/ CA
