Urgently Looking for Commercial Mgr : With Real Estate industry

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop, operate and maintain commercial systems and procedures that will meet the needs of the Organization.

- Provide high quality and timely advice and reports to the Management.

- Management of the Budgeting process (operating and capital).

- Manage and coordinate effective cost control systems and reporting from branches.

- Manage and report on progress in relation to Capital Projects Approval and spending

- Manage documentation and records to support all transactions and operations.

- Coordinate and provide the necessary information and reporting to the Management when and where due.

- Provide timely and accurate reporting and analysis in relation to the business.

- Ensure the completion and submission of Statutory, Government and Industry requested statistical data.

- Provide advice on how to optimize the business.

- Assisting CEO and Country Head in all commercial contracts and dealings.

- Resolving contractual and commercial problems related to the Organization.

- Ensuring that the financial aspects and impact of a contract are clear to all parties

- Risk assessment

- Ensuring that all stakeholders, such as administration, operations, and finance understand and adhere to contractual obligations; reflecting them accurately.

Qualified CA is Must.
