1) Preparation of business models and commercial solutions that lead to efficient, deliverable and profitable contracts, while adhering to rules and regulations.  2) Demonstrable negotiations capability in challenging commercial situations resulting in good quality contracts.  3) Should have commercial expertise to filter over commitment at the offer submission stage, include various costs and risks while preparing negotiation strategy for different opportunities.  4) Competence to work seamless in a multi-cultural and diverse team and to negotiate with Customers of different nationalities,  5) Ability to work together with Project Management Office (PMO) in contract execution stage and with Sales Team in expediting claim and bringing about only necessary contract changes.  6) Work with Sales Team to drive Contract & Transaction Quality improvement to continuously improve KPIs.Efficiently doing the risk analysis in forging relationships with the partners, through assessment of their market standing, scale of operations and financial capabilities and ability to ensure successful closure of the potential deals with various Customers across the Globe.  8) Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and market intelligence  9) Preparing written presentations, reports, and innovative business models to senior leadership that keep improvising and adapting the same, as needed.  10) Communicate effectively and skillfully with partners and end customers on business models and successfully negotiate contractual terms & conditions with them.  11) Facilitate and support contract formulation, drafting and keeping accurate records.  Jatin Chhabra  Mastermind Network
