Opportunity of Manager - Corporate Claims with Leading Intermediary for Mumbai location.  Product lines: Commercial Lines (Non Motor)  Below is the gist of the work profile:  - Responsible for attending the end to end process for catering to the Insurance claims received from the Corporate clients including liasioning with the Surveyors/ Insurance companies/ Clients  - The products include all Non Motor Insurance offerings like Marine, Mediclaim, Fire & All risk, WC, EAR & MCE polices.  - Interact with the Corporate Customers, Branches and the Insurance companies for the seamless processing and liasioning of Insurance quotes and various claims on an ongoing basis.  - Engaging with the Surveyors for the site visits and other survey formalities and then following up with the Insurance companies for the effective and satisfactory closure of the claims.  - To ensure robust documentation of the process and record them in IT systems, manual files, etc  We are looking for Claims professionals with experience of 4 to 6 years in General Insurance industry, currently associated with General Insurance Co. or Insurance Brokers.  Skillsets looking for:  - Ability to train, motivate and provide feedback to staff in a team environment.  - Negotiation and facilitation skills  - Strong process understanding and analytical skills   - Result oriented, team builder, positive attitude, service oriented, enthusiastic, ability to connect oneself at cross-functional level.   Our Client clearly understands and values the worth of an eligible candidate for this position.
