Job Description :

Product Management at Collegedunia drives the product planning and conceptual definition, as well as the technical execution of the product from beginning to end.

- Responsibilities will include understanding requirements, helping to define a product vision and strategy, and working with world-class engineers to execute it.

- Assume ownership of products including defining scope and developing requirements for new and advanced techniques in product development.

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with the software development, Product, Operations, Marketing, Business development, Finance & Accounting teams to deliver successful business programs across Collegedunia.

- Track record of successful collaboration with a product development team or organization.

- Develop product strategies that put users first while helping us meet our business goals.

- Drive the product development life cycle in tight partnership with the design and engineering teams.

- Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast-moving environment.

- Strong business management and analysis skills. P&L experience a plus.

- Strong strategy, analytical, and communication skills.

Requirements :

- Have the ability to get things done.

- Have the knack to manage the program teams, reducing the friction between them by asking the right questions and offering solutions.

- Demonstrated success defining and launching simple and intuitive user facing products/features.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

- Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.

- Ideally should have worked in startup environment

- Hands on ability to execute independently.

- Should understand building of products in an internet space

- Passion, not only about delivering extensible, on-time solutions, but an obsession of contributing to the development of high-performance teams through continuous process improvement and mentor-ship.

- 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager preferably in a Start up.
