Company: NASDAQ listed provider of Decision making analytics to the top 10 banks in the world.

Position : Collection Analytics

Level : Assistant Manager

Location : Gurgaon

Job Requirement:

- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the analytics industry in banking domain.

- Understanding of data warehouse and variables

- Track collections trends closely versus operations plan and provide meaningful insights/business justifications

- Build contact-based collections strategies, present the findings to the senior management and engage in discussions with operations for successful implementation

- Work on short-term initiatives based on trends observed in delinquency balances

- Understand the impact of policy changes on delinquency balances/volumes month on month

- Active participation in stakeholder meetings

Qualification:

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Statistics / Economics / Engg. with 4-5 years of experience in analytics industry

- Ability to work in diverse environment

- Self Starter / self motivated and ability to work independently

- Strong hands-on knowledge of data analysis using SAS

- Good presentation skills

- Strong interpersonal / communication skills/ clear thinker /team player

- Good understanding of retail banking vertical
