Need to be insulated from the commercial team of the organization.   Functional linkages   Internal: Customer Marketing Managers, Consumer Marketing/ Insights team, Shopper Development Managers, CDTL, CS&L and Head Customer Marketing   External: Key Customers and vendors   Key Accountabilities   Accountability -   - Assessing CatMan opportunities with key customers and prioritizing resource   - Strong Engagement and working with Customer teams  - Supporting development of Shopper Insights by Category and Customer to feed CatMan process   - Influencing CP category strategies and tactics to the needs of individual customers   - Providing objective expertise for key customers   - Coordinating CatMan projects and category plans with CD Field force   - Maintaining leading edge CatMan offering   Experience  Essential: Worked in FMCG or Retails sector   Desirable: Work experience in Category Management, Customer Interface and Consumer marketing   No. of yrs of Exp required - 6-9 Years
