Cognizant - Global Sales Support - BPO

This is with regards to an opening with us for our BPO Corporate Sales domain. Below is the JD.

Designation : Senior Associate - Sales

Experience : 6 - 8 yrs

Location : Chennai

Educational Qualification : UG (BE/BTech preferable) + M.B.A (Mandatory)

PS: This requirement will be for NA markets & hence we would require candidates who are willing to work in NA shifts (Night shifts).

Gist of the profile :

- 4-7 years in selling to NA clients in a high tech company

- 2 - 4 years working for a leading BPO organisation

- Understanding of how BPO is used to solve business problems, with domain expertise in at least 1 or 2 verticals (e.g., Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing & Logistics, Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, etc.)

- Excellent presentation and communications skills; ability to assimilate complex concepts and clearly articulate business value

- Flair for Sales - Ability to have high level discussions with sales management to determine business drivers, to discuss account plans and how enablement programs can assist in achieving these plans.

- Make formal presentations of ideas to key decision-makers or collaborate with other teams. Convince or negotiate with individuals or groups in order to gain a desired agreement or position. Brings together the views of individuals or groups with potentially conflicting goals and achieves closure of complex issues, using diplomacy and tact

- Highly target driven and is a go-getter

- Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility and have a desire to be part of a rapidly growing sales organization.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently toward defined deliverables and timelines

- Willing to work in North America time zone

- Individual Contributor, incentive driven

- To help drive BPO traction for Products & Resources and Technology portfolios (the pitch would differ for each portfolio ex: Store Support would be a relevant pitch for Retail, T&H but not in other portfolios). We will equip the associate with appropriate information, mailers, white papers, case studies etc.

- F&A focus across all verticals.
