Life Sciences Vertical : BA/BD role  Key Result Areas:  - Collate and deliver high quality response in line with customer requirements and timelines  - Create Error-Free Pricing Models  - Plan and Coordinate with multiple stake holders for a timely response to meet the customer requirements   - Adhere to 100% Learning Health Score defined as per Academy guidelines  Typical Responsibilities:  Business/ Customer Perspective:  - Participate/ Drive meetings with internal/external stakeholders and Vertical teams   - Understand client requirements (RFP/ RFI),identify missing information and support collation and preparation of questionnaire to gather additional information   - Work with TSCG/ Soln. Architect/ on building the response to the RFP/ RFI/ proposal   - Assist Soln. Architect and delivery team in detailing of solutions and estimates (response to RFPs/ RFIs/ unsolicited bids, etc) and ensure completeness and quality of response   - Assist in creation of pricing models and profitability sheets (under guidance of / Soln. Architect/ BD lead/Finance team if needed)  - Create customer presentations and provide support in overall opportunity management.  - Manage the logistics and co-ordinate activities for the RFP/ RFI responses and client visit/ presentations  Project / Process Perspective:  - Adhere to the BD defined Processes   - Contribute to key initiatives in the practice which include Creation of reusable artefacts like case studies, capability decks and other collaterals.  - Update knowledge repository regularly and ensure Business Development artefacts are up to date  People / Team Perspective:  - Participate in Knowledge Sharing Session   - Attend relevant training programmes, proposal writing, etc.  - Induct / Train Business Analysts / Tech Writers on Bid Management.  - People Management as applicable  Degree of Independence/Supervision required:  - Independently work on developing reusable artefacts like case studies, capability decks and other collaterals.  - Assist in creation of pricing models and profitability sheets (under guidance of / Soln.
