We are looking for you - if you are passionate, ambitious, knowledgeable and innovative.  Solution Manager - What can you expect :   - Working with data and applying your statistical skills for strategizing for real life business problems with avenues to innovate and develop new paradigms.  - Your role will be to deliver sharp analytical insights from statistical techniques and models. You will have to work with real life data sets which require creative and customized approaches.   - You will research and develop techniques and frameworks required for analyzing data across various sectors and companies, pertaining to various decision areas targeted for senior management.   Solution Manager - What do we expect :   - Candidates should have strong academic qualifications with a B.Tech/ M.Sc degree having excelled at statistics courses from a premier institute. M.Sc candidates with specialization in Statistics/ Economics/ Computer-Science will be given preference.  - Candidates with work experience of 0-2 years are preferred. Individuals with work experience greater than 4 years need not apply.  - Programming experience working with statistical tools/ platforms (like R/SAS/ SPSS etc.).  - Application of statistics to corporate and industrial data sets preferred.  - She/ he should be inclined to - out of box- thinking and be adept at finding solutions that address complex business scenarios.   - She/ he should be diligent, process-oriented and satisfy high quality of business deliverables targeted for senior management.
