Crazy startup looking for creative person to partner as HR expert...

Your job would be to:

- Develop the HR content (JDs/CP/journeys/skillsets/frameworks) and related

- Be a leading SME member on HR related research & discussions

- Suggest key inputs for requirements related to application

- Stakeholder networking and management (key HR experts) in the world

We will Prefer if you:

- love academics

- can handle stacks of digital documents

- are independent HR consultant

- like MS Word & Excel

Salary:

- No Salary for initial period, Equity is on offer, Salary once customers start paying (sounds fair deal.- )
