Coffee Day is looking for a self starter and enthusiastic HR professional who is passionate about talent acquisition and stake holder management to join us in the Group HR team.  - This is a unique opportunity to join a diverse brand and gain exposure to multiple industries.  Position details :  - This role will interface with the various businesses of Coffee Day to understand their talent gaps and engage effectively to close these mandates in defined timeline  - The position interfaces with the business heads to create a talent pipeline attract the best to the business.Extensive use of social media tools and networking will be a key aspect of the job.  Specific responsibilities :  - Handle over all recruitment procedure and responsible for end to end recruitment for positions across levels.  - Work on the candidate experience from initial interaction to joining.  - Manage the operational activities like offer creation,negotiation and joining formalities.  - Achieve the target assigned within agreed quality & timelines.   - Co-ordinate / liaison with placement consultants / institutions etc.   - Planning & strategizing for critical positions recruitment within defined time frames   - Contribute to creating an organizational image, which would help in attracting and recruiting the best talent   - Stakeholder Management   - Sourcing, Screening,interviewing.  Person profile :  - Fluency in English and Hindi.  - Excellent written and verbal communication.  - Post graduate in Human Resources from a premier business school.  - 4-6 years of full time experience with some exposure to logistics Industry.  Person traits :  - Strong interpersonal skills with an inquisitive and creative nature.  - Extensive experience of social media hiring.  - Experience of working with multiple stakeholders.  - Passionate about talent acquisition and candidate management.  - Possess initiative, creativity and resourcefulness; a self-starter.  Looking for candidates from premier B Schools with a passion for hiring.  Salary range: 9 - 11 LPA
