Main responsibilities will include:  - To draw a roadmap & design and lead key Cost Optimization projects with significant business impact.   - Engage the business / operations team in driving cost reduction projects / productivity improvement projects.   - Define clearly measurable outcomes and cost saving targets and monitor savings   You will need the following to succeed in the role:  - A strong understating of business levers and benchmarks for running key projects.   - Ability to work on excel at an advanced level   - Ability to work in cross- functional environment   - Good communication skills (both oral & written) and present data   - Self-driven, ability to work independently and facilitate change.  - Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.   - Desire and ability to learn new skills, systems and processes.   - Work closely with Leadership and internal/external clients to understand the business problem and contribute towards improving efficiency.
