Job Description:

- This role is responsible for establishing, managing and growing Guidewire CoE. Actively manage CoE utilization, manage training and skill development, manage certifications and provide leadership.

- Work with global sales teams to penetrate and win Guidewire implementation and support projects.

- The person needs to demonstrate high level of leadership qualities and deep experience on Guidewire Insurance Suite is a must. Must have hands on experience of working on at least two large implementations.

- Person needs to have at least 5 years of experience on Guidewire products Policy Center, Claims Center and Billing Center.

- Should have lead teams and experience of project management and global delivery models is mandatory.
