We are a startup in Civil Services Exam preparation industry. Our aim to is become largest institute for UPSC and PSC exam preparation in Madhya Pradesh in coming years. Madhya Pradesh and nearby states are full of talent and potential, but due to lack of good exam preparation institute, they have to migrate to other states. Our target is to provide best in class exam preparation services in central India and later expand throughout India.   - We are looking for very passionate, dreamer and cool co-founder who looks himself/herself at least next 5 to 10 years with us in Education Industry.   - The Candidate must be an alumnus of IIM/IIT/NIT/BITS/IISc/AIIMS or Top University with academic excellence.   - The candidate must be having at least 2 to 15 years of experience.   - Need to contact Retired IAS/IFS/IPS/Army Officers, Working Top Class Officers and University professors throughout country.  - Need to Contact University/Colleges to execute our Programs.   - Providing consultancy/Advisory to students preparing for competitive exams for UPSC and PSC Only.   - Travel expected as and when required.   Compensation: Only Equity is on the table, No Salary attached with this profile.   Travel and Hotel expenses will be given by the company, but limited to certain amount.   We: are in very initial stage of company development and expect some investments from co-founders as well.   But, if you for very passionate, dreamer and cool who looks himself/herself at least next 5 to 10 years with us in Education Industry, is sufficient.  Look forward to meet you to discuss.  Mukesh Ahirwar Founder, SPARKIAS
