Location - Mumbai (Malad West)  Looking for - Co Founder - Chief Operation Officer  About the Start up (Spacematch.in) :  The start up is a new and exciting tech initiative to solve the real estate searching problems based on data analytics, real time feeds and market research. This platform will try to mitigate the issues which is being ignored on global scale. The start up is backed by founders and promotors who have already built 2 successful companies in the past and is on advisor/investor board of 2 other new start ups in India.   Growth plan :   - Starting with Mumbai and then to cater to 5 major cities in first 6 months and subsequently expanding the services in other parts of the company followed by international expansion.   Initial team composition :  1 COO (Co founder), 1 CTO (Co founder)  8 member - business development team (inc two managers)  4 member - tech development team  2 member - Advisory and consultancy team  Roles and Responsibilities (COO) :  - To lead and build the suitable business development and operations team for the task  - To strategically plan and execute the expansion and the growth plans  - To ensure the smooth operations and execution of the current plans  Compensation:  - Suitable combination of Cash and Equity  Preference : IIM/ISB/IIT or other top management institutes of the country
