Job purpose: -  Provide financial analysis and facilitate financial control for product pricing and margins with the objective of aiding sounder financial decision making for Sales operations and Marketing strategy.   KEY RESULT AREAS (KRA- s) / MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE (MOP- s):   - To make, review and control the system and process for sales i.e. fixing and controlling the credit limits, volume limits, credit periods, sales price, net distribution cost.   - To collaborate with business teams for sales deals and help in taking business decisions  - Analyze sales margins viz-a-viz forecasts and budgets prepared and highlight any observations to relevant stakeholders;   - Regularly review new dealer deposits, transits, debits and/or credits notes, withholding taxes etc and share observations with relevant stakeholders;   Monitor sales revenue recognition activities based on into terms and documentation Monitors and analyzes sales costs, sales pricing and controls for a region and fixes product wise gross price realization and new Prize realization.  Organization chart: -  Reporting through Managers : 2 direct reportees  Position Responsibility : Pan India  Background Information and Main Activities: -  - Responsible for Sales pricing and its controls.   - Will be responsible for making, reviewing and controlling the system and process for sales i.e. fixing and controlling the credit limits, volume limits, credit periods, sales price, net distribution cost.   - Will be responsible for making various MIS for the Marketing Head like Zone wise/product wise gross price realization, net prize realization etc.   - Will work to provide various MIS reports to the marketing head for taking proper decisions.  - Responsible for assisting in floating various finance schemes for the sales.  - Responsible for ensuring the dealers claims payments in time and their MIS reporting.  Work Relationship : -  Internal Contacts - All Manager of Sales & Marketing functions  Finance Team Within Finance  External Contacts - Dealers, Govt. and financial institutions.  Qualification and Experience: -  Education- B.COM  Professional qualification- CA preferably with CS  Experience 10 to 15 years working experience in manufacturing industries preferably from automobile sector.
