Purpose :  This position's sole purpose is to manage Cards sales and to increase revenue growth in new accounts (hunting) and building relationship with existing accounts for recurring revenue  Educational Qualification :  Post Graduate in business management with 8-15 years experience (Preferably having expertise in payment card industry)   Skills/ Competencies Required :  - Should have good communication skills and have a commanding attitude over the team  - Should be good at Negotiation skills.  - Should posses client/account management experience in past.   - Should have document management skills  - Should have excellent oral and writing abilities  - Should have on field sales experience  - Should be willing to travel to client offices across India.  Position Description :  - CMS's Card Centre is a certified bureau for personalization of cards - Visa,Master and Rupay (NPCI)..  - Currently we manage Card Personalization( Debit/Credit/Prepaid/Gift/etc) and Dispatch activities for Banking and Non banking customers  Requirement for National Sales Manager. Following is the JD :   - Responsible for national sales for card product and services with dedicated team  - Should be a go getter who can work on large accounts especially financial institution at national level  - Should plan strategy for business growth and to gain wider market share.  - Should penetrate in competitive accounts  - Should build relationship with key decision maker at customer location with efficient account management.  - Should provide market updates to the management  - Should work on company product and service strengths with decent margins and not only as L1 vendor  - Manage existing clients by providing solutions for their Card requirements. This will involve understanding their existing rates and terms and proposing a well defined solution. Up-selling and cross selling of card services.  - Managing / Servicing existing client relationships and bring in new relationships through referrals/ active solicitation.   Resolution of customer queries & complaints..  - Ensuring co ordination with internal teams like Finance, Operations, Legal and IT for timely resolvance of customer complaints/issues
