Below are the job responsibilities.
- To drive the team for achieving the target
- To drive the channel partner to help achieve the target
- To ensure key enablers are provided to the team and channel partners
- To explore new opportunities and ensuring proper implementation
- To ensure proper training for team and channel partner
- To drive / implement initiatives rolled out by corporate office
- To ensure maximum retention of business
- To ensure sufficient interaction with key channel partner stakeholders
- To ensure visits across key channel partner hubs
- Close monitoring of the business generated and issuance
- Constant interaction with the channel Partner to spot the problem areas & deal with them proactively
- Ensure effective escalation matrix
- Liasoning with internal teams such as operations, claims & PCs for effective & timely resolution of customer grievances
- Act as an interface between channel partner and the organisation
- Team retention
- Supporting & training the team members on the business knowledge
- Appropriate allocation of targets
- Ensure that the team remains motivated to perform
