Position being hired - Cluster Head - Enterprise Business

Primary Responsibilities :

- Total Life Cycle Management of Enterprise Customer Base Account through Partners.

- Ensures Customer and Channel Partner Satisfaction.

- Responsible for CSAT scores, along with the Partner & Service management team.

- Monthly review with Partners on KPI progress.

Experience :

- Innovative and flexible in strategizing base/existing account management through channel partners.

- Strong execution ability.

- Good Communication (Written & Oral) skills.

- Preferred Industry - Telecom / System Integrator / Office Automation/ITES/HW Reseller.

- Knowledge of Tamil preferable.
