Job Description:

Designation: Cluster Head Badhti Bachat, Liabilities Sales

Area of operation : Pan India

Purpose of Roll: Drive the Liabilities business pan India for Janalakshmi Finance

Reporting To: Regional Head Badhti Bachat

Key Areas:

Business Monitoring and Review

Budgeting

Managing the product development cycle from conceptualization till launch of new products

Partnering with Strategic IT and businesses to design and launch new products and modify existing products

Monitoring customer satisfaction with regard to new products and ensure delivery of value added products and services

Developing and rolling out product policies. Working closely with Marketing and Credit Risk teams and contributes actively to product/policy manual.

Ensuring new products are compliant

Ensuring that all staff are well trained and fully aware of products and services, policies and procedures

Ability to drive sales in the field with branch managers, regional managers and zonal managers to achieve results
