Business Development :   - Formulating competent business strategies to market a wide range of Banking Products and ensuring the attainment of set sales and profit targets.  - Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors' activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.  - Running the promotional activities to penetrate new accounts and expand existing clientele.  CRM and Key Client Management :   - Mapping client's requirements and providing them expert advisory services pertaining to selection of various financial products.  - Building and strengthening relationships with key accounts; ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing them with complete product support.  Team Management/ Training :   - Mentoring, motivating and guiding team members of the branch / Cluster for timely completion of projects & ensuring sales - business generation to achieve the desired set targets.  - Training subordinates in new product launches, audit & compliance and various other promotional activities, in terms of briefing about products, objectives of campaign and other aspects of campaigns.
