This position requires an accomplished, strategic, hands-on Consulting and Thought Leader, with a record of accomplishment of outstanding Consulting, Sales and operational experience in Software Services Industry. The Cloud Consulting Partner also brings in-depth technical comprehension of current and emerging Cloud technologies, combined with knowledge of how to apply these insights in dynamic and competitive industry environments. Additionally, the successful candidate will have:
Minimum of 20 years relevant industry experience in IT consulting and services sales, management consulting, enterprise sales, solution sales, and/or IT organizational leadership (e.g., ex-CIO, ex-CTO, ex-CSO, etc.)
Ability to earn - Trusted Advisor- status with top CxOs and be a strategic leader for their Cloud and Transformation journey.
Solid understanding and/or practical experience with Cloud and data center technologies including: Cloud computing, hybrid cloud, PaaS, virtualization, storage, networking, IT operations, management, etc.
Functional knowledge and competency in IT strategy and cost models, enterprise architecture and planning (large-scale, web-scale), private, public and Hybrid Cloud architecture & services, Big Data & Analytics, software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps), Converged infrastructure & security.
Strong business/financial acumen and partnership skills.
Thorough knowledge of Market changes and expertise in Competition Tracking
Ability to travel
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience; advanced graduate degree also highly valued
