Job Title : Client Partner - Banking  Purpose of the Role :  This role has European responsibility for relationship management, sales development and delivery for the Retail and Business Banking division of a global universal bank, and reports directly to the Global Client Partner for the account. The role is based out of London.  Main Elements of the Role :  The three primary elements of the role are :  - Responsible for client relationship management and satisfaction  - Responsible for business development with commercial accountability for meeting the agreed P&L goals  - Jointly responsible for delivery oversight with the Delivery Manager of the account  Experience for the Role :  The experience required for this role is as follows :  - Retail Banking expertise is essential (both as a customer and as a supplier will be an advantage) with a recognized specialization in an area of banking  - Excellent services sales and account management pedigree   - Extensive experience in outsourcing and offshoring IT and BPO services  - A - consultative sales- mindset and approach, and collaborative in attitude and style   Key Responsibilities :   Business Development :   - Drive the development of the relationship with a focus on increasing penetration, differentiation and value  - Achieve the sales and profitability goals set for the RBB division  - Ensure the account is managed with the highest adherence to XXX practices and drive for top performance in all results  - Work with a team of committed professionals in supporting business units (IT, BPO and Consulting) to achieve top performing results.  Client Engagement :   - Be seen by the client as a trusted advisor. Develop positive relationships and regular contact with key client stakeholders at an executive level across the account  - Ensure that XXX is positioned effectively to IT and Business stream leads  - Establish and develop long-term customer commitment through maintaining strong customer satisfaction, implementing proactive/corrective actions as necessary.  - Build an ecosystem in the account that will support and drive future business success  Delivery and Team Leadership :   - Network internally (XXX, Services Practice Heads) to get engagement / commitment and externally with partner to leverage relationships and maximize account potential.  - Ensure that the Delivery of XXX's services are consistent with client expectations taking account of time, budget, quality and acceptable risk.  - Establish a positive working environment for XXX delivery resources in the account.  - Work closely with Delivery Management to ensure that delivery expectations are managed with the client.  - Instill a brand protection ethos in the team at a tactical level so that their - radar- is switched on for potential problems that could impact XXX and how to mitigate.  - As a senior member of the team contribute to the strategy of the Banking business unit  - Manage the P&L, and with the Business Finance Manager ensure appropriate controls in place to deliver services to agreed operating margins.  - Deliver new business/organic growths within the account ensuring margin and profitability targets are achieved.  - Create and maintain a team of - commercial awareness- that educates people on the commercial implications of decisions made
