Cleartrip.com - Manager - Corporate Finance - CA

We are looking for CAs with experience preferably in travel or technology companies. Position is to be based out of either Bangalore or Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and compile P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements and deep analysis of movement of numbers

- Monthly, quarterly and Annual Financial Reporting, periodic forecasting and annual budgeting

- Group entity consolidation experience is a plus

- Assist in accounting that includes but is not limited to general ledger, AR/AP, Cost Accounting, Revenue recognition, regulatory reporting etc.

- Support in preparation of group consolidated financial statements as per IFRS

- Liaising with internal functional teams for facilitation of data and inputs required for financial reporting, planning and analysis

- Coordinating and supporting Audits, interacting with auditors and resolving audit queries

Skills and Experience :

- CA is a must with 6 + years of professional experience

- Strong in technical IFRS and corporate accounting, on track for corporate controller position

- Strong business focus/acumen with superlative communication skill, ability to interact with Business Teams

- Must have handled voluminous data and good with number crunching

- Should have hands on experience in working with NAV, Oracle or SAP

- Should be an MS Excel power user with analytical frame of mind

- Ability to take up increasing responsibilities in a high growth and dynamic environment

- Proven track record of delivering projects in a timely manner with an eye for detail
