Objective of the Role:  - You will be a part of the mobile growth team which is responsible from mobile customer acquisition to revenue from mobile.   - This person is expected to lead mobile user acquisition for India and ME. We are looking for focused, proactive individual who understand her/his responsibilities. This is a high growth focused role. Thinking out of box to achieve exponential growth is key. This person will look at both paid mobile and organic (owned & earned media) installs  Channels managed :   - Mobile affiliates to drive installs   - DBM or GDN for mobile downloads   - FB power editor   - Nanigans or related FB automation tools   - RTB platforms to drive high quality user acquisition   - Programmatic buying to drive acquisition  Tools :   - Nanigans or related automation platform   - Apsalar or relations install attribution platform   - FB power editor   - DBM   - RTB platforms   - Mo-engage or related push notification tools  Responsibilities :  - Responsible to drive high quality user acquisition   - Optimize use of marketing spends for best ROI from campaigns   - Focus on driving downloads from non paid channels, platforms or programs   - Responsible to maintain and grow relations with our partners   - Manage end to end responsibility from maintaining budgets to processing required invoices   - Regular reports and updates to management   - Comfortable working with product and technology teams for various marketing tech project  Key skills :  - Analytical bent of mind   - MS office  - Uber level understanding of technology   - Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving and excellent analysis skills   - Strong organizational, communication and project management skills  Work Experience :  - 3 - 6 years of work experience within online marketing field   - Minimum 1 year of hard core mobile marketing experience   - People who have worked in growth roles will be given preference   - People who are either working in Bangalore or willing to relocate need only apply
