Our team consists of IIT, BITS, University of Mumbai and Harvard grads.   Role : Sales Manager  - We are a faced paced, growing startup building out India's largest fin tech business and are looking to expand our sales team at Bangalore.  - As a Sales Manager at Cleartax, we are looking for a hustler who would be responsible to generate revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, and timely closure. Relationship management and sustained engagement by recommending new products and services to clients would be prime.  - Top performers at ClearTax will have fantastic career growth tracks at ClearTax with the opportunity to become Team leads and/or Head of Sales   Key responsibilities :  - Understanding of the Cleartax product and strategically identifying the market potential.  - Initiating the sales process by scheduling appointments, making initial presentations and grasping all the requirements.  - Closing the sales by building a rapport with potential accounts, explaining existing and new capabilities, preparing customized proposals and constantly engaging with them.  - Monitoring reactions from accounts and closing the loop via internal discussions  - Recommending new products and services by evaluating the current product results and identifying requirements to be fulfilled.  - One would be required to hone basic tax knowledge and product specifics.  - Accomplishing the organizational mission of creating a deep impact in the way individuals and organizations approach financial aspects.  Requirements :  - Overall 3-5 years of experience, minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in selling Saas software.  - You're familiar with how digital /online products are sold.   - You've used sales and marketing automation tools before.   We are looking for highly motivated and driven candidates who have great presentation and communication skills. A key attribute to a sales representative is to closely prospect the client, plan the sale, follow up and close the deal.
