Key Responsibility :

- Recruitment, training, and supervising the field sales staff to ensure that they achieve their goals.

Description :

- We are soon deploying a sales force that will have one-on-one meetings with real estate agents in your city.

- In these meetings, the sales people will introduce a cutting-edge technology product that will significantly increase the real estate agent's business.

- The sales force will have targets for the number of agent relationships that they need to develop and cultivate. If they meet their targets, you will have to meet your targets as well.

Requirements :

- Solid experience in managing field sales staff.

- The right candidate will have intimate knowledge of the city they manage and have relationships among the real estate brokers. Fluency in English and the local language is essential.

- Excellent communication skills are expected.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Any Graduate with 5-6 yrs exp into Real Estate market.

- A Good Team leader, who can lead a team of at least 15 people.

- Knowledge of mobile applications
