Job description :   - Functioning as CEO for cluster of BOX8 stores   - End to end responsibility of top line & bottom line   - Manager a team of more than 50-100 members   - Responsible for execution of marketing activities for the brand  - Being on top of service level metrics for the clusters  - Responsible for Net Promoter Score (NPS) for the cluster  - Recruit, hire, train and manage a very large and fast-growing team, with multiple departments  - Develop and execute scalable strategies for efficient large-scale fulfillment and delivery  - Build resiliency into processes/systems so that your team can adapt quickly to unforeseen issues  - Collaborate with City General Manager on marketing and other business needs  Desired Skills and Experience :   Strong relationship management, leadership and motivational skills  - Ability to relate to and earn respect from workers with varying backgrounds  - Ability to keep your team on tight and well-defined deadlines  - Strong written and verbal communication skills  - Extremely organized and detail oriented  - Ability to identify patterns in data and consumer behavior and develop scalable and effective solutions in response  - Technological savvy, including proficiency with PCs and Macs, inventory management / tracking systems, Google Docs, MS Office, etc.  - Active participant in campus extracurricular activities - like managed fests, was head of student body etc
