Candidate must have 7 to 12 years of experience in Business development/Sales with at least 5 years current experience in Real estate industry. MBA from premier institute will be given preference.
Must have strong people management experience and will be responsible for managing Pune market independently.
Strategizing and executing new business development plans across verticals and generating revenues from Real Estate vertical.
Developing new relationships with market leading clients and managing key accounts
Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
Contribute to overall growth of the Organization.
Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.
Develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
Thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company's competitors.
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company unique selling propositions and differentiators.
