City General Manager - P&L Role - eCommerce

Silverpeople is hiring for City GM (P&L) for one of fastest growing India's next generation E-commerce Companies in Home and Furnishing space.

The founding team combines world class talent and entrepreneurial experience gathered at companies like Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Amazon, Flipkart, Adobe, Myntra, and Space Matrix. Company has achieved multiple rounds of funding from top venture firms like Helion, Bessemer, and Jungle and has great expansion plans.

Mandatory :

Education: MBA from tier-1 / 2 college having P& L responsibility

Must have team handling capability

Preferable : Any Design backend will be an ideal profile

City GM - Delhi

Responsibilities :

1. Take complete ownership of business critical initiatives - product launches, internal process improvements, category expansion, etc.

2. Contribute actively to business decisions through both qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis

3. Have a strong understanding of both the design req. And customer experience required to maximize business.

4. Leading, motivate, and manage young and ambitious city team (cohort City GM, Managers, community managers, IDs, PMs, etc on a day to day basis. in running the India's no. 1 online home design company while constantly raising standards.

5. Be the voice of Livspace in the territory and ensure the Livspace execution to perfect standards.

6. Be the voice of the city and customer inside Livspace so that constant feedback is coming in and which helps Livspace improve continuously

7. Own the P & L of a city and manage the critical growth and performance metrics of both the business and people.
