Citizens Alliance - Project Coordinator - Blood Bank

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage a detailed project plan for building blood bank in Patna including major milestone and deliverables

- Setting up the blood bank and making it operational within defined timeline

- Oversee different work streams covering human resources, operations, marketing and IT

- Assist Chief Executive Officer and Medical Director in setting up technical operations in the blood bank

- Interact with government departments with respect to documentation and compliances

- Effectively communicate with all external stakeholders (regulatory bodies, blood banks, hospitals,donors, recipients and academic institutions) to build strategic relationships

- Ensure appropriate staffing in the team in terms of number and quality of resources

- Act with integrity and bring transparency through full and timely information sharing
