Associate - Zonal Officer

Citizens Alliance was initiated by a group of spirited professionals from diverse professional backgrounds like Consulting, Investment Banking, Think Tanks, Analytics firms, start-ups, etc. having completed their education from the finest institutions in India & abroad, such as IITs, IIMs, Imperial College, University of Delhi among others, to create a consulting and implementing entity in Socio-development Sector.

Currently, we are working on various projects across three verticals mentioned below :

Government's Program Consulting :

- Engaging with central and state governments and other quasi-government bodies as consultants and implementation partner to improve last mile delivery of schemes and programs

CSR Program Management :

- Designing and managing large scale CSR initiatives for top Corporate Groups/Foundations and supporting the entire value chain to execute programs on ground.

Flagship Initiatives :

- Establishing for-profit ventures in social development sector in collaboration with Government agencies, private partners, NGOs and CSOs.

- Projects include developing Model Villages, creating a central registry for Blood Donation and setting up model vocational training centers, working with National Skill Development Corporation for catalyzing skill development initiatives.

- As an Associate of citizens alliance, you will be posted as Zonal officer, PAN India, leading and monitoring the team of 5-8 District Program officers and overlooking the execution of the project in your respective districts. The role has following roles and responsibilities:

Project Execution :

- Oversee the development and execution of project deliverable in 5-8 districts and lead project planning, action planning and monitoring processes.

- Update the central team on project activities from field.

- Monitor the team you are supervising and constantly work on course correction.

Project Planning :

- Define the scope of the project in consultation with stakeholders (external/internal).

- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.

- Financial planning and budgeting.

Stakeholder Management :

- Liaison with all stakeholders, government, corporate groups, industries, associates, NGOs, local representatives, citizens, to achieve assigned objectives.

- Serve as a central point of contact for all communication directed from external stakeholders and ensure appropriate follow-up action.
