Qualification Required:
GRADUATE/MBA – With 2 - 4 Yrs of Exp.
Individuals with Sales/Marketing Experience.
- Good understanding of Micro-marketing events and marketing levers
- Prior sales/Marketing experience is required.
- Should have a good understanding of the various retail banking products
- Should be passionate about creating customer impact.
- Should have the ability to juggle between multiple activities and stakeholders.
- Should have the ability to be a thought leader for the location and create consensus for various activities such as sales campaigns etc.
Role Outline/Job Summary
The Acquisition and Marketing Manager would be responsible for conceptualizing and managing all Acquisition Marketing initiatives across all consumer banking products for a Region, which includes various Micromarketing activities / Partnership building / Sales Events. In addition to the same he/she would also be responsible for building new corporate tie ups/relation thereby increasing the number of sales opportunity points.
Core Responsibilities:
- Will work with the Acquisition Marketing Head to create and carry out all tactical as well as strategic acquisition marketing campaigns in his/her region
- Will manage and own all Business Development / Partnership campaigns synchronized across all product lines for the S&D sales team for the region. Develop & Deliver relevant / target market based (affluent / High Net worth) / channel based marketing campaigns to support Sales & Distribution of all consumer banking products
- Leveraging the Perceptual scale initiative to maximize sales productivity / throughput across Cards, Ready Cash, Mortgages, Banking/Suvidha acquisitions, Insurance, Investments. Carrying out Market Sizing and identifying opportunities / gaps
- Responsible for creation and owner of the Unified Marketing Calendar for the region – Point of Sales Marketing, road shows, kiosks, booths, events at corporate parks to build acquisition for relevant target segments
