The Team

The PMO Team drives the creation of CSTG's products through cutting-edge PMO methodologies, delivery management, and relevant metrics. This team works in collaboration with engineering and product management focusing on quality and business outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities

This visible, top performing Scrum Master will help shape scaled Agile software programs and teams. It's your servant leader qualities that will garner respect and your hands-on, transparent approach that will be influential in building and fostering self-organizing teams at Cisco:

- Drive the portfolio level activities for the Cloud Managed Services programs, including executive reviews, forecasting, escalated obstacle resolution and dash boarding.

- Continuously monitor projects/Programs status and impact on product management relation

- Support the creation and growth of high performance agile teams; own and promote the maturity of these teams by influencing key leaders and advocating for an Agile/lean culture

- Deliver high quality, high impact portfolio ceremonies including: release planning, retrospective and grooming sessions

- Promote impediment management process across scrum teams and leadership structures

- Champion Agile practices within the team

- Primary ambassador and SME for the development lifecycle process ( SSDM) followed in CSTG for the cloud & managed service portfolio

- Ensure continuous improvement of the communication stream and apply any new relevant standards

- Adept at managing a large, complex pool of stakeholders with various and sometimes competing needs

Minimum Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years working and supporting large programs in an Agile environment

- Strong communication skills; assertive, situational aware and passionate

- Knowledgeable and adept regarding Agile/scrum processes; able to be the voice of reason and escalate effectively

Desired Skills

- Certified Scrum Master with experience using Agile work management tools, preferably Rally

- 7 years or more experience in software delivery, preferably SaaS/PaaS

- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large groups

- Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
