Key Individual Accountabilities:
Net Additions and revenue:
- Increase pre & post pay sales and enhance revenue in circle retail business
- Manage circle level Retail strategy and improvement in sales and delivery processes directed towards capability building
- Rollout of new stores and exploring new market opportunities
- Support creation of inhouse skills of category management, strategy, capability building, store look and feel that are critical for channel
- Part of circle organisation to draw on all shared services e.g. Marcom, CSD, Finance etc.
Retail Operations:
- Looking after Circle operations of Retail Business with more focus on sales than service and realignment of network towards sales
- Dimensioning channel, number and formats and ensuring achievement of targets for the Hub & Spoke and franchisees
- Responsible for managing backend related assistance for channel partner
- Rolling out promotional and incentive schemes for consumer and front end teams and ensure effective implementation.
- Plan and execute market based activities to increase walk-in sales and improve customer awareness/ disposition
- Define standards for business activities/processes and ensure team adheres
- Launch R&R and incentive schemes for Off roll manpower at stores
- Improve customer experience and delight activities
- Ensure good Customer Experience and thus contribute to Brand Value Growth
- Improving collection by driving various programs
- Engage the franchisee with various business inputs to grow the business and increase the profits

With S&D Head:
- Design circle retail strategy as per AOP and corporate guidance
- Ensure ARPU and REC net add targets are on track as per plan
- Share knowledge on best practices across circles
With the corporate:
- Provide circle level feedback on retail store functionality and information about new programs and contests launched in circle

Other responsibilities:
- Market visit to check store functionality, customer walk ins and franchisee partners once a week
- Conduct a full team meeting with all Zonal managers once a week
- Review sales performance and monthly targets with zonal team first week of month
- Review store audit score and take actions against gaps
- Review CSAT and customer feedback
- Managing attrition of retail offroll manpower
