Circle Head - Human Resource - BFSI/FMCG/Healthcare/Pharma

We, Careerist Management Consultants, one of India's leading search and selection firm, are looking for a Circle HR Head Andhra Pradesh and the position would be based at Hyderabad.

Brief Profile: We are looking for a person with 14-18 years of experience to lead HR & Admin functions independently. The position will be responsible for implementing overall circle strategy and goals.

- Ideal candidate will be responsible for partnering with the business's supporting to meet the objectives of the organization.

- Responsible for Talent Acquisition, Talent Retention, Employee Engagement activities.

- Ensuring effective implementation of the disciplinary and grievance procedures for all employees.

- HR statutory compliance's, consultation & approval of HR matters.

Educational Qualification: MBA in HR with Tier1 institute. Batches 1997-2000.

- Candidates should have worked in MNC or large organizations with exposure to good HR practices, passionate, aggressive, good relationship management skills not only with the top leadership team but also across levels.
