Our client is one of the largest mobile operators in India. Based out of Mumbai they are looking for a seasoned HR professional with experience as HR Business Partner, to drive the people strategy at the circle level.
Reporting into the Business Head for the circle you will:
- Act as a responsible business partner and ensures HR support towards meeting overall business goals of the circle Talent Retention- Ensure specific initiatives to retain critical & valued talent across levels at the Circle.
- Employee Engagement & Development- Ensure people development plans are created & executed Employee Engagement- Ensure employees are "engaged" and demonstrate Co Brand values.
- Effective internal communication & branding Admin/Employee services & facilities - Create office Infrastructure. Ensures that office environment is compliant with Health, safety and hygiene norms. -
- Compliance's & Alignment- Ensure HR capability and effectiveness is strengthened at circle through alignment with national processes
- Act as a responsible business partner and ensures HR support towards meeting overall business goals. E.g : Relevant Organization Structures; Productivity & Efficiency ; consult on new business initiatives
- Approve the acquisition strategy & Ensure acquisition of relevant and best talent.
As a successful applicant you should have:
- MBA HR with relevant work experience of 10-15 years (MBA Batch 2000-2003)
- Well rounded HR generalist experience in medium- large set up.
- Strong operational expertise in the area of HR and exposure to handling teams for a minimum of 5+ years.
