Circle finance head
Jammu
- Managing the Finance Operations of the circle and play a business partnering role.
- Complementing the Circle Business Head (CBH) in driving cost efficiency, revenue assurance and meeting circle EBITDA targets.
- Responsible circle finance VHD operations, taxation related compliances and supporting and catalyzing cross functional projects.
- Lead managing planning & budgeting process in the circle wit respect to monthly rolling forecast, bottoms up annual operating plans and other meaningful business reports.
- Partnering with CBH in identifying areas of improvement and driving efficiency across functions in order to achieve AOP targets
- Partnering with S&M head in recovering the bad debts and resolving customer disputes.
- Driving business critical projects that are cross functional in nature.
- Carrying out site/zone and warehouse visits and issuing job tickets to other functions basis observations and tracking closure of the same
- Building up assumptions for the next year's AOP for the circle
- Preparation of AOP basis assumptions received from functions
- Reconciliation of Circle Business plan and the top down AOP received from HO
- Holding monthly MAPA review with circle EC and bring insights into financial numbers and KPIs of the circle.
- Analysis of actual performance vs AOP
- Receiving inputs from functions and preparation of monthly rolling forecast and reporting to Head Fin Ops & BPA team.
- Analysis of actual performance vs rolling forecast
- Monitor Capex and Opex performance of the circle and driving cost efficiencies
- Collating & providing timely and accurate inputs for relevant revenue and cost items on monthly basis to HO Finance for monthly book closure.
- Cross functional co-ordination and providing inputs on revenue risks, expense exposures for timely accounting and provisions
- Supporting HO Finance team to actualise the provisions
- Providing timely inputs related to fixed assets accounting, insurance claims & losses and other impairment of assets, if any.
- Supporting FR team in maintenance and updation of General Ledgers on a monthly basis.
- Analyze performance of team and suggest measures for improvements.
- Establish KRAs and SLAs for the team and ensure adherence.
- Provide focus, information, training, coaching, development opportunities to the team
- Initiate, develop and facilitate continuous development opportunities.
