Job Description :   Accountability Cluster Major Activities / Tasks :   - Oversee and manage implementation of the Performance Management System from design to execution, to ensure a fair and just process for rewarding performance - Ensure all the Functional heads prepare their KRAs for the FY in alignment with the approved Annual Business Plan.  - Ensure cascade of goals happens within the function till the last position/role possible.  - Leverage use of technology i.e. use friendly IT platform, mobile app to ensure easy accessibility to employees across the globe.  - Ensure Objective and Fair Year End Evaluation of employee's performance by Manager and Performance Review committee through a defined process with clearly articulated performance criteria(s)  - Assist Head - Performance & Rewards Head in Design and Implementation of Performance Philosophy & Framework in Cipla with a view to create a robust performance culture. - Define Cipla's Global Performance philosophy in consultation with Key Stakeholders - Business & HR Leaders  - Design and Implement Global Performance Framework drawing linkage to Overall Business & HR Strategy, Talent, Performance & Engagement agenda of the company  - Leverage various channels of communication to create awareness and build capability among HR colleagues and employees around Rewards  - Rollout of complete Performance Management cycle and drive continuous performance feedback to drive and monitor performance throughout the year - Plan and execute all the stages - Goal Setting, Mid-Year, Annual Assessment process.  - Ensure real-time and continuous feedback is given to employees throughout the year.  - Identify poor performers and initiate Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) in coordination with respective HRBPs.  - Drive timely communication and roll out of the Performance Management System on a half yearly / annual basis by utilizing multiple channels to create awareness of PMS related processes across locations and levels to enable compliance to planned timelines without compromising on the quality of process, Design & Conduct Train the Trainer workshop to help create pipeline of PMS Champions for each business vertical.   - Conduct training program for all the employees across the organisation to make them aware of Performance Management System.  - Regularly Liaison with MC members and HR SPOCs to complete the process on time in order to avoid any last-minute slippage.  - Ensure continuous improvement of Performance Management Process in order to establish a best in class performance framework in Cipla which is in line with the contemporary practices. Seek feedback from key stakeholders and HR SPOCs on the process to continually improve the system and make it more robust and aligned to organizational requirements.  - Conduct External Benchmarking with the relevant peer market and incorporate the best practices in order to make PMS process more robust and inclusive.   - Create Goal Audit Framework to enable employees to create smart goals and also ensure proper alignment of individual goals with business and company goals  - Analyze, Propose and rollout changes in the PMS related policies and guidelines by understanding changing business requirements, while also taking into account market benchmarks and their alignment with Cipla in order to keep Cipla regulatory/legally compliant and aligned with best practices. - Conduct periodic review of PMS related guidelines and policies as per business requirement, market benchmarks and propose necessary changes.  - Keep all stakeholders (MC members, Legal, Industrial relations, HR SPOCs or other(s) as appropriate) informed and aligned before rollout of any major change(s) in policy in order to ensure smooth rollout.  - Usage of various communication channel(s) such as e-mail/ poster or such appropriate medium to make employees aware of any change(s) in Policy.  Preferred Qualification  Experience - Post - Graduate or MBA in Human Resources or its equivalent   - 5+ years of experience in managing PMS in an organization of similar scale
