Our portfolio includes over 1500 products across wide range of therapeutic categories with one quality standard globally.  We have an career opportunity as - Lead - Corporate Accounts- for our Lower Parel, Mumbai location.   Please find below the job description for the same.  Lead - Corporate Accounts  The role holder needs to be a Qualified CA, must have 6 years + of experience in financial accounting, consolidation, audits and reporting preferably in an Indian MNC. The role with work directly with the Head of Corporate Accounts  - Managing corporate accounts team and coordinating for finalization of accounts, Responsible for global consolidation of accounts,   - Responsible for compilation and review of standalone financials   - Responsible for standalone and group audit and ensuring timely adherence to set due dates for audits and reporting.  - Coordinating and preparation of quarterly and annual results for filing with SEBI and other stake holders including Audit committee presentations   - Coordinating in preparation and review of periodic MIS and other management reports and advising management from time to time on business update.   - Work on improving the processes in Accounts team   - Review existing processes and design and implement industry best processes through the accounts team   - Revamping the accounts team processes and SAP work flow   - Build Centre of excellence for accounting processes  - Partner with M&A and Business teams on providing accounting advisory  - Lead IT/Automation initiatives and achieve significant reduction in reporting timelines  - Manage Controllers forum and other review initiatives and ensure health of Balance Sheet items  - Ensure Internal Finance Controls and qualification free certification.  COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:  EXPERIENCE:  Understanding and working knowledge of IGAAP, IND AS, IFRS.   Awareness of USGAAP  KNOWLEDGE:   Awareness of compliance under Companies Act w.r.t financial reporting  SKILLS:  Communication skills  Proficiency in spread sheets, word   Good verbal and written communication skills.   Hands on experience in ERP (SAP) and Consolidation software (Hyperion/SAP-BPC)  QUALIFICATION: CA/ICWA/CS
