Cipla - Director - Cluster Finance Business Partner

Front office finance lead for the therapies cluster (Rs 1300-1500 crs) at All India level, having direct Top-line and P&L delivery responsibility by partnership with diverse business stakeholders such as Therapies cluster head and marketing/sales/others teams, to ensure appropriate strategic and decision analysis support and play a key role in driving Budget/targets, resources and monitoring actual performance on Key Performance Indicators, in order to achieve long term competitive, sustainable and profitable growth vs market.

Critical Deliverables :

Financial Performance Evaluation - Review and analysis of business with respect to key financial drivers and financial performance of the business in-order to achieve the Top line & Bottom line as Budgeted for the year

Business Partnering - Partner with businesses effectively in-order to ensure long term sustainable and profitable growth

Stakeholders Alignment - Steer business agenda through ensuring stakeholders buy-in across cross functional teams

Simplification & Controls - Drive business process simplification (including automation) and implement better control to ensure business is done in a simplified and compliant environment

Team development - Develop career development plan for the team to achieve best in class organization team and ensure minimal attrition rate

Key Requirements :

Minimum 10-14 years of experience with 5+ years of relevant experience (FP&A or commercial exposure preferably in Pharma or FMCG industry)

- Strong financial and business acumen and strong action orientation and Analytical Skills

- Strong interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills, Problem solving, Influencing and Negotiation skills

- Ability to Multitask and adhere the timeline
