Accountability Cluster Major Activities / Tasks  I. Develop and define the HR plan for the business unit to facilitate the business objectives   - Develop the HR plan for the therapy, based on the overall India Business plan   - Design HR programs to help enable business priorities eg training need identification etc.   - Partner with business to recommend differential structure, allowances, and management of different therapies and employee segments   II. Develop the resourcing plan annually in consultation with business to ensure business continuity   - Own the employee budget in the business unit   - Adherence to people budget by reviewing the hiring targets, hiring budgets etc.  III. Drive a high performance culture to promote meritocracy and retention of top talent   - Drive the goal setting, mid-year review and annual review processes  - Identify top talent and solid players, and develop differential engagement plans for them   - Proactively identify poor performers and support them in their development at the right time (mentoring, PIP etc.)   - Build a culture of celebration; reward and recognize good performance   - Drive the central employee engagement initiatives   IV. Drive talent development plans in partnership with COEs to build capabilities   - Hire and on-board the right talent and empower them with the skills and tools to successfully perform  - Driving the - talent review- process for the senior leaders in the business unit   - Building talent pipeline of - ready-now-, - ready-later-, and - not ready- employees   - Capability building of HR team   - Identifying the future leaders and work towards their development   - Support COEs in rolling out learning and employee engagement roadmaps for different employee segments   V. Partner with business to provide need-based solutions on employee matters and HR operations   - Providing HR analytics and alerts to business stakeholders ( like Business Heads, HRLT etc.)  - Partner with business to review the organization structure and drive redeployment as necessary   - Partner with business to manage employee grievances   - Conduct employee interactions regionally, webcasts with the employee base in the zone, communication cascade of important policy changes, organizational changes etc.  VI. Ensure harmonious employee relations and drive 100% HR and statutory compliance within timelines   - Resolution of employee grievances and employee relations related cases within timelines   - Completion of the CMT tool within timelines   - 100% HR and statutory compliance
