Scope :
Lead the Cuticura brand team on Marketing activities for Domestic Markets.
Key Responsibilities and Result Areas
- Understanding and analysis of current Cuticura business by geography, channel, variant to identify tactical support opportunities on the brand
- Work on brand re-positioning exercise to refresh the brand as per emergent business and marketing objectives
- Conceptualize, plan and execute all creative development on Cuticura brand across various media channels
- Plan, align and execute marketing interventions identified on the brand as per objectives and timelines in conjunction with Sales, Media and Research teams
- Facilitate continuous learning on brand Cuticura through thorough execution of qualitative/quantitative research, category understanding, and consumer closeness activities
- Continuous monitoring of brand health in market and trade; identification and resolution of product, packaging, promotion and communication related issues
- Identify and execute micro-marketing/hyperlocal initiatives to build awareness and salience for Cuticura brand, in line with brand vlues
- Continuous interaction with R&D to identify, qualify and recommend inputs for new products under the Cuticura portfolio in categories like talc, deo, creams/lotions etc
- Track and monitor competitive activity in the soaps category at trade and consumer levels
- Work with Creative Agency & Trade Marketing to design, create and deploy BTL collateral in line with brand guidelines
Work Experience Requirements:
- Overall 8-10 years of work Exp and Min 5 years exp working in FMCG/Personal Care Industry is must
