We attract, identify, place high-potential talent, from entry-level supervisors to Leadership Team. Help organizations improve their global leadership bench-strength and quickly build a strong leadership pipeline.  Commercial Terms (4 Options):  - Freelance Search & Recruitment Professional will get 20% of Invoice Billing. Respective payments will be only done on conversion & realization of business.  - Freelance Business Development Professional will get 20% of Invoice Billing. Respective payments will be only done on conversion & realization of business.  - If one fulfils both accountability of getting business and servicing, he will realize 45% of Invoice Billing. Respective payments will be only done on conversion & realization of business.  - Fulltime (on roll employees) Search & Recruitment Professional will get Rs 12000/- + 10% of Invoice Billing. Respective payments will be only done on conversion & realization of business.  - Fulltime (on roll employees) Business Development Professional will get Rs 12000/- + 10% of Invoice Billing.
