Job Position: Chief Talent Officer  Reporting to: Founder  Department: People Operations  Location: Bangalore  Role:  - Organization Design - Understand the vision and create a smart organization structure, unbiased by traditional org-structures  - Right people in the right Role - Continuously analyze fitment of people in different roles in the company and re-assign or hire to ensure right people in the right role  - Talent Acquisition - Forecast short-term and long-term talent requirements and develop hiring strategies. Design selection processes, tools and marketing collateral to attract talent.
