Position Summary   This position reports to Chief Sales Officer, will spearhead our sales function in the US, Accountable for developing business and meeting revenue targets across assigned territories, will collaborate with stakeholders in positioning in the US.   Responsibilities   Meet revenue targets: Engage with clients, generate leads and manage a pipeline to deliver annual target for revenues. Sell our Portfolio of services with a professional demeanor and unparalleled product knowledge. You will personally generate leads, write proposals and win clients.   Account management: Build long term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Build excellent rapport and understand the decision making process at each account. Raise profile of company and its Services within the organizations creating demand for our products and services. Determine client needs and constantly be aware of opportunities to up sell to an organization.   Client servicing: Answer clients’ queries / connect client with relevant stakeholders and ensure queries are answered on time to clients’ satisfaction.   Follow sales processes: Generate leads, maintain accurate client contact details, meet required targets of telephone calls, time on the telephone and perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business. Keep abreast of relevant competitive offerings, understanding both their strengths and weaknesses.   Reporting - Provide regular reporting to Senior Management . Work with Offshore sales support and delivery teams for smooth transition of business.   Person Specification   - Graduation, MBA Preferred; Must possess a good understanding of BPO and shared services.   - Minimum 10 years of strong background in business development and sales, proven success in winning new business deals for large national and international companies   - Must be an excellent team player with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills  Candidates who are currently in USA can only apply for job.
