One of the leading FERRO ALLOY MANUFACTURING COMPANY is looking for  A Chief- Ferro Alloy Division reporting to MD with 20+ years of experience in direct plant operations (Ferros alloy) and minimum of 5 years Headed the Production activities of Ferro Alloy as a Head Production - FERRO ALLOY-   - Candidate Should Have Experience Of Ferro Chrome Or Charge Chrome Operations  Qualification Required : BE/Btech Metallurgy (Compulsory), MBA (Optional)  Job Responsibilities :  Strategy :   - Responsible for creating short and long term operational strategy in line with company vision and implementation of the same   Financial :   - Responsible for improving profitability by process improvement, producing value added products at economical cost and cost optimization   - Identify & implement improvement projects based on Internal Rate of Return   - Identify production/ operational losses on a daily basis and take corrective action to eliminate losses   - Ensuring optimum level of stock of raw materials/ spares/ consumables and other resources to have uninterrupted production   Operational :  - Ensure Overall Production effectiveness (OPE)/ Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) for achievement of all Production Targets with respect to Quantity, Quality, Cost and Delivery   - Ensure progress on various business excellence initiatives and effective implementation of Business tools (Process improvement, TPM, Six Sigma, Lean Management, etc.) as per plan   - Ensuring for safeguarding men, machinery, products, raw materials and other resources   - Ensure disaster management and recovery plan 1%  - Conduct benchmarking studies of leading Ferro alloys majors in order to identify and implement relevant best practices.   - Responsible for maintaining clean and green environment with adequate plantation and proper housekeeping   People :   - Fostering a value driven organization and develop future business leaders and successors for key positions   - Nurture an empowered organization through motivation and recognition   - Ensure right competencies are available and adequately deployed to achieve various operational strategic initiatives   - Effective communication across all ranks periodically   - Lead sustainable CSR activities to ensure upliftment of local communities and nurture a harmonious environment   - Maintain desired level of manpower resources (Direct & Indirect) to achieve business targets   - Effective interaction and communication with all public   - representatives, bureaucrats and statutory authorities to establish good brand image for the company   - Responsible for effective and timely PMS of self and team   Customer :  - Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely delivery of product of desired quantity & quality   - Identify and resolve inter-function coordination bottlenecks to ensure smooth operations.   - Strengthen supplier relationships on a sustainable basis   - Maintain level of standards as per SLA guidelines   Statutory :  - Responsibility to ensure compliance to all statutory and regulatory requirements pertaining to plant operations   - Identify & implement projects related to Environment to meet statutory requirements   Kindly Relevant Candidates Should Only Apply With Ferro Chrome Or Charge Chrome Operations Experience.  Poonam
