My Client is a leading Telecom VAS Organisation with global operations.   This is a leadership position reporting to the CEO and MD based in US, and will be responsible for:  - P&L, Revenue for the organisation across Asia region.   - Business Operations  - Technology Operations.   KRA's:   - Provide Leadership for the Asia Organisation and be responsible for the overall Revenue and P&L.   - Devise the Sales and Revenue Maximization strategy for the Organisation.   - New Sales & Business Development  - Drive New Product Innovation by working closely with the Product and Technology teams. Building Business Models and Launch plans for new services  - Lead, Engage and Nurture Partnerships and Alliances with Customers and Partners across the globe.   - International Contract Negotiation   - Manage a Diverse and Cross Function team of Professionals in the organisation. Lead to set and share the Best practices across functions.   - Create a high performing work culture and team; align the organisation with the global Human resource practices and policies.   Requirements:   - MBA (full time) from an institute of repute.   - 15- 20 years of work experience with atleast 5+ years in Telecom Value Added Services/ Mobile Applications Space.   - Should have lead Sales and New Business Development for a region for atleast 3+ years.   - Proven Business acumen and leadership skills.
