Candidate Profile: COO  - The ideal candidate would be an Engineer with about 10 - 15 years of good general management experience managing P&L portfolios in large manufacturing process organisations.   - He must have worked in labour intensive setups with a sound understanding of legal and statutory compliances.   - He must have worked with growing organisations and has a good track record of expanding/scaling - up of businesses.   - The incumbent must possess good knowledge on finance to understand profitability implications & business drivers, working capital management and OPEX management.   - He must be a sound decision maker with excellent analytical skills, innovative and out of the box thinker. He should have an open mind to work out of different locations, depending upon the new projects.   - He would be involved right from the inception of project, evaluating new location, setting up of manufacturing facilities and managing the operations and P&L.   - For a professional who is looking forward to a challenging role in terms of setting up and building new businesses and running P&L this role would be a perfect career opportunity.  - Reports to CEO
